Fredman Food Tech services was the winner of the Innovation category at the PRO gala held in Helsinki on 31 January 2019.
This was the 17th time professionalism and know-how were celebrated at the PRO gala. The best in Finland in 15 categories of restaurant, cafeteria and kitchen professionals were announced at the gala. The best restaurant innovation award was presented for the second time.
Peter Fredman, Chairman of the Board, Markku Lukkari, Managing Director, and Riikka Raatikainen, Brand Journalist, accepted the Innovation award with pride: it has been a long and arduous road from pen and paper to the digital age, which is why it is very satisfying to receive recognition from fellow professionals. They have received encouraging feedback from the moment the candidacy was announced.
In Peter Fredman’s view, Finland has an excellent opportunity to bring new things to gastronomy.
