Fredman Food Tech services are digital services for professional kitchen management and automated HACCP routines, developed in Finland. The services equip both smaller and larger professional kitchens to lead with knowledge, save time and minimize risks. Fredman’s services are integrated into a restaurant’s daily processes. The sensors are installed in the restaurant’s equipment and facilities where they collect information 24 hours a day.
