Kitchen professionals have strong trust in the Finnish company Fredman

The Finnish company Fredman has a very strong reputation and a high level of trust among kitchen professionals in Finland. Fredman is seen as a financially stable, well-managed, and innovative actor whose products and services promote food safety in the kitchen. Consequently, people are also willing to recommended and acquire the company’s services. This information is based on the Reputation&Trust survey conducted by research firm T-Media for Fredman.

The survey was conducted for the first time using the demanding Reputation&Trust method. In the survey, respondents assessed Fredman’s governance, financial performance, leadership, innovation, dialogue, products and services, workplace, and responsibility. The results were very good, and in some cases even excellent, in all of these well-defined areas proven to build trust. Fredman’s strongest results were in the areas of financial performance, leadership, and innovation. Fredman was also seen as an open and transparent actor in terms of its governance. The areas with the most room for improvement were dialogue and workplace – but even here Fredman received good scores.

-The survey showed that assessments in the various areas of reputation were in balance with each other, indicating that the company’s operations are on a strong footing.  Kitchen professionals feel that the company is also able to carry out the purpose of its activities in an ethically and morally sustainable manner. Responsibility, as well as the openness and transparency of governance, were exceptionally high relative to other companies – it is no wonder that Fredman’s customers have a high level of trust in the company, says Harri Leinikka, CEO of T-Media.

The Reputation&Trust model (®) tracks eight areas of reputation on a scale of one to five.

The margin of error for the median of reputation is only ± 0.04 units.

The survey was conducted between September 7 and September 24, 2021. The respondents included 195 of Fredman’s food service sector customers validated by T-Media from throughout Finland.
