Fredman baking paper 38cm x 20m unbleached

Fredman baking paper roll is a versatile aid for cooking and baking. Fredman baking paper is unbleached, PFAS-free, double-sided silicone-coated grease-resistant paper. Thanks to the silicone coating, baked goods do not stick to the paper. Baking paper can be used to protect baking trays and tins, and for preparing dishes such as Swiss rolls.
Safe use of Fredman baking paper:

The roll packs include a cutting edge for easy tearing and end slots that make handling easier. The heat resistance of the baking paper decreases after the first use. Ensure that the baking paper does not come into contact with the oven walls or heating elements, as it may catch fire. Do not place baking paper directly on the bottom of the oven. Keep the oven clean, as accumulated grease and dirt may ignite.

Fredman baking papers manufactured in Finland have been awarded the Key Flag symbol. The product has also been awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which sets requirements for raw materials, the use of chemicals, product performance and environmental impacts throughout the product’s life cycle. The PEFC certification indicates that the wood raw material used in the product comes from sustainably managed forests.
