Fredman grilling and smoking tray
Fredman grilling and smoking tray is suitable for BBQs, smoker boxes and ovens as it withstands heat and moisture excellently. Liquid from the food stays in the grooves of the tray without dripping to the bottom of the BBQ or smoker box. Smoke passing through the holes of the tray gives food some extra flavor. The tray is not suitable to be used directly on metal surfaces, so do not place it directly on the bottom of the oven, for example.
